We at Tayza know that privacy is important to you. The following document outlines our Privacy Policy, and we insist that you read more to learn more about how your data is handled by Tayza. By using or accessing the Services in any manner, you acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies outlined in this Privacy Policy, and you hereby consent that we will collect, use, and share your information in the following ways.
All usage of Tayza's services are subject to our Terms of Use, which extends the proceeding Privacy Policy.
This Privacy policy pertains to the treatment of Personally Identifiable Information (Personal Data) gathered by Tayza from Service Users through access and use of Tayza's suite of services (Tayza Portal, Deliver API, ShopLink), but not to the practices of companies over which we have no control, or individuals who do not use any of Tayza's Services.
Tayza gathers a variety of data through its platform, as outlined in the below sections. Data gathered is used directly on the platform, and is applied in profile creation and management, delivery fulfillment, issue resolution and technical support cases, as well as to monitor platform activity and improve the suite of Services offered by Tayza. Contact information, such as phone numbers or email, may be used to contact users for verification, information, or support cases. Tayza provides limited data to third-party agents in order to extend the platform's functionality, but under no circumstances is Personal Data sold to any third parties.
INFORMATION PROVIDED BY USERS:
Tayza retains and stores any information provided to the platform, for example through the sign-up process, and/or profile management menu. We may collect information including your company name, physical address(es), contact information including email address and phone number, billing information, and credentials for integrations such as Shopify. Certain information may be required in order to make use of Tayza's full feature set.
INFORMATION COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY:
Whenever a user interacts with the Tayza platform, information including device ID, IP address, session information, and type of device and browser used to access the platform are transmitted and stored in server logs. Session information is used to maintain a persistent record of user activity across browser refreshes and redirects, as well as allow usage of access-protected services, such as account management or delivery fulfillment.
Tayza does not rent or sell personally identifiable information in any form to any party. Personal Information may be transferred to third parties as described in this section.
Vendors:
Tayza uses third party vendors in order to provide a full suite of services to the end user, and may require limited information in order to provide these services. For example, in order to send delivery updates, Tayza provides company names and recipient phone numbers to an SMS provider. Outside of Explicitly stated instances, third party venders do not have right to access or use Personal Information outside of the limited amount required to provide their services.
Business Transfers:
Tayza may choose to buy or sell assets, and may share user information in connection with the evaluation of and entry into such transactions. Also, if Tayza or its assets are acquired, go out of business, enter bankruptcy, or go through some other change of control, Personal Information could be one of the assets transferred to or acquired by a third party.
Legal Protection:
Tayza reserves the right to access, read, preserve, and disclose any information believed to be necessary to comply with law or court order; enforce or apply our Terms of Use and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Tayza, its employees, its users, or others.
Tayza employs all appropriate technical, organizational, and administrative security measures to protect held information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, mutation or destruction. Despite these protections, no company can fully guarantee complete security. Unauthorized use, hardware or softare failure, and other factors may compromise the security of user information at any time.
Among other practices, user profiles are protected by bcrypt-encrypted passwords. The plaintext form of user passwords is never stored anywhere and is inaccessible to any employee or third party. All traffic to and from Tayza's services is secured by SSL providing end-to-end encryption across the internet. If connecting to Tayza's suite of services via a third-party site or service, additional or different sign-on protections may be employed.

The subject matter of Tayza's Privacy Policy may be subject to change as Tayza evolves its suite of services, but all users will be alerted to changes through messages on the Tayza website and/or through email. If you use the Services after any changes to the Privacy Policy have been posted, that means you agree to all of the changes. Use of information collected is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is collected.
